Gtech: report on the purchase of treasury shares
On the 21th October 2014, GTECH S.p.A. acquired no. 16,590 treasury shares for a total consideration of 304,866.14 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on 8 May 2014, and then disclosed pursuant to Art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999.
