Gtech, report on the purchase of treasury shares
On the 22th October 2014, Gtech S.p.A. acquired no. 50,841 treasury shares for a total consideration of 934,381.32 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on 8 May 2014, and then disclosed pursuant to Art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999.
