CasinoBeats Summit, the leading conference and exhibition for the games development sector, is set to take a deep dive into the factors influencing the design, gameplay and engagement tools of the next generation of slots.<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

The\u00a0event<\/a>\u00a0takes place on\u00a014-15 July 2021\u00a0<\/strong>in an innovative integrated live and digital format, with a select group of senior executives attending in person at the InterContinental in St Julian\u2019s, Malta and a global audience of industry professionals joining online.<\/p>\n

Its core theme is igaming development, innovation and strategy, something that is reflected in the agenda for the Slots 2021<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Products & Innovation<\/strong>\u00a0content tracks on the opening day. Both tracks are scheduled for the Summit\u2019s live stage, but all sessions will also be broadcast online to digital attendees.<\/p>\n

The Slots 2021 programme focuses on what studios can do to help operators broaden their audiences, how to develop successful games franchises, and strategies to improve player engagement.<\/p>\n

Delegates can look forward to sessions including \u2018Game Selection: The Slots Operators Want<\/strong>\u2019, \u2018Diversifying the Slots Audience Through Design<\/strong>\u2019, and \u2018Slots: Mechanics, Megaways and More<\/strong>\u2019.<\/p>\n

A selection of executives and product specialists will share insights and ideas on the slots landscape from the perspectives of operators and games developers, with\u00a0Kasper Bach<\/strong>\u00a0(Head of Casino, Twin),\u00a0Simon Hammon\u00a0<\/strong>(CPO, Relax Gaming),\u00a0Helen Walton<\/strong>\u00a0(CCO, Gluck Games),\u00a0Rob Procter<\/strong>\u00a0(Content Specialist Director, SG Gaming),\u00a0Stefania Mincu<\/strong>\u00a0(CPO, Ellmount Group), and\u00a0Philippe Joos<\/strong>\u00a0(Head of Product & Innovation, Napoleon Sports & Casino) among the speakers.<\/p>\n

In the second half of the day, attention will turn to how operators and developers can work more closely to improve UX, which game features have a viable future, and strategies for retaining creative talent in a competitive jobs market.<\/p>\n

Individual sessions on the Products & Innovation track include \u2018Slots: Managing the User Experience<\/strong>\u2019, \u2018Trigger Happy: Is There a Future for Feature Buy-In?<\/strong>\u2019, and \u2018Retaining and Retraining Talent<\/strong>\u2019.<\/p>\n

The programme will feature another high-level speaker line-up, with\u00a0Marie Theobald<\/strong>\u00a0(Chief People Officer, Hero Gaming),\u00a0Anthony Cabrera Boulet\u00a0<\/strong>(Head of Gaming for LATAM, Entain),\u00a0Stefania Curmi<\/strong>\u00a0(Head of HR, LeoVegas),\u00a0George Olekszy<\/strong>\u00a0(Head of Slots, Eyas Gaming),\u00a0Beatrice Svensson<\/strong>\u00a0(Director of Employee Experience, Casumo), and\u00a0Toni Kolehmainen<\/strong>\u00a0(Head of VIP, Wildz Casino) among those ready to share their expertise.<\/p>\n
