{"id":2832,"date":"2022-03-10T18:00:25","date_gmt":"2022-03-10T18:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gioconews.it\/eng\/sbc-digital-latinoamerica-wins-plaudits-from-delegates\/"},"modified":"2022-03-10T18:00:25","modified_gmt":"2022-03-10T18:00:25","slug":"sbc-digital-latinoamerica-wins-plaudits-from-delegates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gioconews.it\/eng\/events\/sbc-digital-latinoamerica-wins-plaudits-from-delegates.aspx","title":{"rendered":"SBC Digital Latinoam\u00e9rica wins plaudits from delegates"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>SBC Digital Latinoam\u00e9rica proved to be yet another successful edition of the SBC Digital Series, as the combination of insightful content and opportunities to make valuable new business connections generated overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees.<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The online event brought together operators from across Latin America, together with representatives of major international betting and gaming companies interested in learning more about the varied markets in the region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They were joined by leading gaming industry lawyers, marketing experts, payments and compliance specialists, platform and games suppliers, affiliates and publishers for two days of conference content, networking and business discussions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Feedback from attendees in the post-event survey was outstanding, with 82% of respondents saying they would recommend SBC Digital Latinoam\u00e9rica to a friend or colleague.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attendees were also positive about the conference element of the event, with 75% of survey respondents describing the content and speakers of the panels they attended as \u2018excellent\u2019 or \u2018good\u2019.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The highest-rated session over the two days was \u2018Time for LatAm to bet on esports\u2019, ahead of \u2018Leadership in LatAm gaming\u2019, and \u2018Sports betting landscape for Latin America and the role of media publishers\u2019, with \u2018LatAm regulatory briefing: where are the opportunities in 2021?\u2019, and the \u2018SBC Leaders panel\u2019 rounding out the top five.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There was also positive feedback from the speakers who participated in SBC Digital Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018SBC Leaders panel\u2019 speaker <\/span><b>Andre Gelfi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Managing Partner Brazil, Betsson Group, said: \u201cThe panel was pure bliss; a great learning opportunity shared with high-level industry friends.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Neil Montgomery<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Founding Partner of Montgomery &amp; Associados, took part in both the \u2018LatAm regulatory briefing: where are the opportunities in 2021?\u2019 session and the \u2018Regulating online gaming in federal countries: challenges and opportunities\u2019 IMGL Masterclass. He said: \u201cI felt very honoured to represent Brazil and my firm at this prestigious virtual event, which brings together the main stakeholders of the industry in the LatAm region.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Graciela Garay<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Conmebol\u2019s Ethics and Compliance Officer, was part of the governing body\u2019s team presenting the \u2018Sports integrity as a beacon for the betting industry\u2019 session.
