Gtech, resport on the purchase of treasury shares

During the period from 1 through 4 July 2014, Gtech S.p.A. acquired no. 498,000 treasury shares for a total consideration of 9,267,339.70 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on 8 May 2014, and then disclosed pursuant to Art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999.
