“I believe this edition of the show is hugely significant on a number of different levels. Eag will be officially opened by a delegation comprising former and current directors of Atei/Eag - a group of industry servants who have contributed so much to the business over many decades.  We will also be marking the lives of Jimmy Thomas and Norman Leftly two individuals who played key roles in the development of Atei and the subsequent launch of Eag”.

These are the words with which John White, Ceo of the Bacta association, presents the next edition of Eag - Entertainment, attractions & gaming international Expo  (10-12 January, ExCeL London) underlining how it represents an important opportunity to recognize those personalities who have made such an important contribution to the development of the entertainment industry while preparing for the future courtesy of a show packed with innovation and insightful content provided by the free Eag seminar program.

He adds: “Eag represents a must attend event for both product and content. If you’re not there you run the risk of missing the change train, the bedrock on which the future is going to be built. An important part of that future includes a steadfast commitment to safer gambling and I am delighted that our new Safer Gambling Hub will be opened by Kay Roberts, executive director of operations at the Gambling commission.
Overall, there is huge excitement building for this show. Being back in the January slot for the first time in three-years feels like the industry having put the trials and tribulations of the pandemic firmly behind it is for the first time since 2020 firmly focussed on the future.”

Visitors to Eag 2023 will have access to a total of 70 exhibitors, (17 of which will be making their Eag debut) occupying 78 stands across 3,627sqm of net space.
