Glms receives its registration license as an integrity association from the Ontario gaming regulator and continues support for the Olg - Ontario lottery and gaming corporation.

“I am delighted that Glms has become one of the first registered integrity bodies to obtain Agco approval. Glms has always supported regulated, responsible and sustainable betting market environments, as bans have often fostered the proliferation of the black market, criminal organizations and match-fixing. Glms has collaborated effectively with Agco since 2021 in providing key provisions in the process of defining standards and requirements for sports and event betting incorporated today in Agco's register standards for internet gaming ”. Ludovico Calvi, president of Glms - Global lottery monitoring system, remembers this, commenting on obtaining the registration license as an association for integrity from the Alcohol and gaming commission of Ontario (Agco). “We believe that the standards set by Agco will create a sustainable sports betting market in Ontario and can be considered a best practice for other Canadian provinces. We are very excited to provide integrity services to our current and future members in Ontario and other provinces, ”Calvi points out.   The Agco license will allow Glms to continue to support its member, Olg - Ontario lottery and gaming corporation, in sports betting integrity activities in conjunction with the Canadian province of Ontario's launch of its new online gaming market on  April 4, 2022. Although Glms does not offer sports betting or supply products, it is the association for the sports integrity of the lottery industry and supports its member - the Olg - with monitoring and education services. These services are part of Glms activities to raise awareness and combat the manipulation of sports competitions, thus supporting inter-jurisdictional and stakeholder cooperation efforts to combat the global problem. Glms enjoys a solid working partnership with Agco and has also provided its perspective on Agco's work on the development of the Registrar's standards for games, released in the summer of 2021.   SUPPORTING SPORTS INTEGRITY - Lori Sullivan, Olg's chief land-based gaming and business development officer, who is also a member of the Executive Committee of Glms, comments: "Olg is a globally recognized responsible operator who is proud to work with Glms. and other members to support the integrity of sport in a safe and secure global market for digital and retail sports ”.
