Gtech s.p.a. completes buyout of Unicredit stake in Italian Scratch & win
GTECH S.p.A.announced that today it has acquired from UniCredit - through the exercise of the call option announced on March 13, 2014 - the entire interest indirectly held by UniCredit in the Italian Gratta e Vinci (Scratch & Win) licensee, Lotterie Nazionali S.r.l., for a total amount of approximately €72 million.

As a result of today’s transaction, GTECH’s direct and indirect interest in Gratta e Vinci has increased from 51.5% to 64%.
