Lotto Concession: DECISION OF THE SUPREME COURT OF CASSATION ON THE APPEAL PRESENTED BY AAMS
GTECH S.p.A reports that the Supreme Court of Cassation has rejected the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli appeal filed in 2012 against the ruling of the Rome Court of Appeal, by confirming the same.

The ruling refers to the starting date of the Lotto Concession, as related to the arbitration panel that, on August 1, 2005, had decided in favor of GTECH ascertaining that the initial starting date of the Lotto Concession was June 8, 1998.
