Field impressionante e quasi 100 milioni di euro tondi tondi in palio nell’Event #47: $100,000 High Roller No-Limit Hold'em che ha visto partecipare 95 giocatori e passare al Day2 ben 44 player. Un torneo come al solito con un grande field pieno zeppo di reg e professionisti di alto livello oltre che business man e qualche (pochi) recreational player.
Montepremi di oltre $9 milioni con il torneo che ha raggiunto quel numero durante il Livello 11 e sta cercando di superarlo con 95 giocatori registrati il Day1 e ancora una late registration importante per entrare al Day2.
Il professionista danese high stakes Henrik Hecklen ha conquistato la chip lead sui 44 giocatori rimasti con uno stack di 3.505.000, ma in vetta c’è anche lo specialista di Omaha Ben Tollerene (2.815.000), il professionista americano Nick Petrangelo (2.700.000) e Jared Bleznick (2.655.000), che è cresciuto in maniera importante in chip crackando gli assi ad un avversario. Il campione in carica Jans Arends, invece, è stato eliminato verso la fine della serata.
Il Day1 è iniziato con una manciata di tavoli ma il field è cresciuto notevolmente durante la giornata. All’inizio Chris Brewer ha giocato un grosso piatto contro Adrian Mateos eseguendo un ottimo call con una doppia coppia.
Il campione del Main Event 2023 Espen Jorstad ha vinto KK vs JJ Kahle Burns.
Giornataccia per Daniel Negreanu che ha speso il primo bullet KJ vs AA per poi rientrare e ritrovare ancora la miglior mano pre flop dalle parti del recente campione dell'High Roller da $ 50.000 Sergio Aido.
Il Day2 ripartirà a mezzogiorno ora locale al Livello 13 con bui di 20.000/40.000/40.000. La registrazione tardiva rimarrà aperta fino alla fine del Livello 13, e il field può crescere ancora.
