With a massive participation of visitors, the integration of authorities and private associations, a complete mixed academic agenda that allowed addressing regulatory and commercial issues and the land-based and online exhibition that had a particular attractiveness in the new scenario of the Las Americas convention center, Gaming & Technology expo marked a new era in results of this high category fair that concluded with the completion of economic transactions, commitments and collaborative alliances, so far unprecedented in investment, sales and productivity.
Gat 2023 indicators
The Gat brand's parent fair, held with resounding success in Cartagena de Indias on March 28, 29 and 30, reported the following figures:

- 85 exhibiting companies in stands.

- 2,300 attendees to the exhibition, academic and institutional conferences and networking activities.
- 12 academic presentations, 6 corporate conferences and 6 panels.

- Within the framework of Gat Expo Cartagena, the Colombian associations held their annual ordinary assemblies and boards of directors, with the attendance of all their affiliates.
- Coljuegos, Colombia's gaming regulator, led the academic sessions and participated in each of the programmed activities with its executive staff headed by the president and vice presidents.

Gat Caribe arrives
The organization, creator and manager of the Gat Caribe event, is preparing the third version to be held again in Punta Cana, starting in June. Invitations are being sent to the gaming verticals in the Dominican Republic, the regulator, casino associations, sports banks, lottery banks and lottery consortiums.
The venue for the academic event and exhibition stands will once again be The Westin, with its recently expanded and remodeled Yauya auditorium. On June 1, there will be a networking meeting on the spectacular beach of the hotel, scheduled to enjoy and share among colleagues for 4 hours, the afternoon and sunset in Punta Cana.
In this opportunity, Gat Caribe will focus on land-based games with exhibition stands on Friday, June 2. The early participation of Igc, Zuum, Alfastreet, Golden Race, Bya group and evolution is announced, as well as the progress of negotiations for the arrival of other important brands to the project.
José Aníbal Aguirre confirms the sponsorship of Pragmatic play as premium sponsor in Gat Caribe Punta Cana and that of renowned local operators such as Juancito sport and Loteka Rd. He also announces the presence of relevant regional directors of prestigious companies such as Igt, Merkur and Aruze, among others, who will participate in a 'minimarket' of equipment for casinos.
The academic training component will take place on the mornings of June 1 and 2, this time in strategic alliance with Gaming operations academy, experts in casino and lottery management with extraordinary good will in Europe and North America.
In 2024, Gaming & Technology Expo will be celebrating 25 years of existence.
