Bragg Gaming Group has announced the extension of its Player Account Management (Pam) agreement with Entain Plc for BetCity.nl, one of the leading online betting and casino operators in the Netherlands. Under the extended agreement, BetCity.nl will continue to use Bragg’s proprietary Pam platform, along with its exclusive and aggregated online casino content and sports betting delivery products, through to at least May 31, 2026. The extension covers a minimum five-month period and is designed to support the brand’s continued operations in the Dutch market while discussions around potential future arrangements remain ongoing.

BetCity.nl, which was acquired by Entain in 2023, has relied on Bragg’s technology since its launch, playing a key role in its growth into a market-leading operator. Following the acquisition, the two companies began collaborating on a possible migration of BetCity.nl to Entain’s proprietary platform, a process the current extension is intended to facilitate.

Commenting on the agreement, Bragg Ceo Matevž Mazij said the company is proud of its contribution to BetCity.nl’s success and confirmed that the extended partnership is expected to make a material contribution to Bragg’s reported revenues. This will come through the continued delivery of regular services as well as migration-related services over the coming months.

While both parties expect to continue discussions beyond the current extension period, Bragg noted that there is no guarantee that further agreements will be finalized after May 2026.
