Play’n Go enters Botswana market with Betway partnership
Play’n Go, one of the world’s leading casino entertainment providers, has officially launched its portfolio of games with Betway in Botswana, marking the company’s entry into another African market. Following their joint debut in South Africa earlier this year, the partnership with Betway allows Botswana-based players to experience Play’n Go’s most popular titles, including Book of Dead, Reactoonz and Rise of Olympus.
Play’n Go now operates in over 35 regulated jurisdictions worldwide, offering more than 400 premium titles across multiple continents. The expansion into Botswana reinforces the company’s strategy to make its games accessible in every regulated market.
Magnus Olsson, Chief Commercial Officer of Play’n Go, commented: "The African gaming market is among the most dynamic and vibrant in the world and we are excited to make our debut in Botswana alongside our partners Betway. With this launch, Play’n Go now joins over 35 regulated markets worldwide offering our world-class games."
Beyond casino gaming, Play’n Go has been innovating in lifestyle and marketing initiatives, sponsoring the Moneygram Haas Formula 1 team and launching its own fashion brand, Play’n Go Shop, alongside Play’n Go Music, providing fans with multiple ways to engage with the brand.
The company also made headlines in October when it set a world record by launching Garga, the beloved slot character, into space as part of the promotional campaign for Reactoonz 100, achieving the highest game launch of the year.
With this move, Play’n Go solidifies its footprint in Africa, bringing top-tier slots and casino experiences to a new wave of players in Botswana.
